Responsibilities:
- Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and coordinate with construction teams.
- Prepare and review MEP plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in restaurant and retail projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of MEP experience.
- Licensed PE (required)
