Location: Remote with 25-50% Travel Required
Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 Competitive, based on experience

Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive SyteLine ERP (INFOR/CSI) experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced consultant with 15 years of expertise in customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and integrating cloud technologies like .NET and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing billable consulting services, focusing on SyteLine system development and other related technical services. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for offering high-level expertise to clients, ensuring seamless project delivery, and contributing to their success through your technical knowledge.

Must Haves/Requirements Summary:

• 5 years of experience in SyteLine (INFOR/CSI) ERP customization
• Extensive knowledge in cloud integrations (.NET, AWS)
• 10-15 years of consulting experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (T-SQL, VB.Net, SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Valid driver’s license

Job Description:
The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for delivering services to customers, including gathering requirements, analyzing business issues, formulating solutions, documenting specifications, estimating projects, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role will require customization of SyteLine ERP systems and may also involve other technical services. The Senior Technical Consultant should have expertise in connecting SyteLine to cloud platforms like .NET and AWS and will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, providing detailed solutions to address business needs
• Customize and develop SyteLine ERP systems, using technologies like .NET and AWS
• Document specifications and provide accurate estimates for projects
• Test, debug, and ensure successful delivery of customized solutions to clients
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support
• Travel to customer sites (25-50% travel required) for on-site engagements, meetings, and project delivery
• Provide consulting and training for clients on system changes and improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to high standards and quality work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service attitude, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SyteLine (INFOR/CSI) customization and ERP development
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting and providing technical services
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
