Manufacturing Production Supervisor III

A fast-paced, safety-first food production facility with consistent overtime opportunities needs experienced Production Supervisors in Denver. You will lead hourly teams, hit daily output targets and uphold food safety standards. This contract suits a hands-on leader who thrives on the plant floor.

• Contract assignment, 4 months with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite
• Openings: 3
• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

• Lead and schedule production crews across assigned lines
• Monitor output, yield and downtime against daily targets
• Enforce GMP, food safety and workplace safety rules
• Coach, train and hold team members accountable
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve line issues
• Complete shift reports, labor tracking and handoff notes

• 3 or more years supervising in food or manufacturing production
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OSHA safety standards
• Proven ability to lead teams of 15 or more
• Comfortable with production reporting and basic Excel
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime

• Experience in dairy, bakery or beverage manufacturing
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Prior work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment
• Willingness to cross-train across lines and shifts
• Strong record of safe work habits and attendance

• Food production plant with strict safety and sanitation rules
• Temperature-controlled areas and required PPE at all times
• Regular standing, walking and work near moving equipment
• Consistent overtime during peak production periods
