Your Impact
- Drive Leasing & Renewals – Lead day-to-day leasing efforts with a focus on resident retention and occupancy goals.
- Support Property Operations – Assist in supervising the on-site team to ensure exceptional service and curb appeal.
- Build Resident Satisfaction – Proactively respond to resident needs and create a community that feels like home.
- Manage Financials – Oversee rent collection, assist with budget tracking, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Market the Property – Help execute creative marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Ensure Compliance – Enforce Fair Housing policies and maintain compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Vendor & Project Coordination – Work closely with contractors, vendors, and local partners to keep operations smooth.
- At least 1 year of residential property management experience (leasing experience strongly preferred)
- A strong grasp of customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high level of organization and accountability, especially when handling financials and reporting
- Familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 (preferred)
