- Minimum 2 years experience
- Be Fear Free Certified or complete the program with in 3 months of hire
- W2 Employee at 40% commission 100% tips.
Duties
1. Client Communication
- Clarify client instructions and preferences
- Inform clients of completion status
-Inform clients of concerns
2. Record Keeping - Maintain detailed records of dog habits, sensitivities, customer preferences, and grooming records
3. Client Education - Educate clients about available services and products with confidence and knowledge
4. Customer Service - Demonstrate concern and urgency in addressing customer problems
5. Animal Safety - Ensure the safety and security of animals through proper restraint and grooming procedures
6. Grooming Supervision
- Perform, train, and supervise bathing and grooming tasks, including:
- Ear cleaning
- Nail trims
- Brush outs
- Sanitary cuts
7. Timely Grooming - Complete all grooms on time, ensuring pets are dried and groomed as per client instructions
8. Client Communication - Conduct client communications via our scheduling system
9. Sanitation and Cleanliness - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all grooming areas
10. Facility Management - Manage grooming facilities and equipment - Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, maintained, and stored properly
11. Confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality in The Emerald Paw practices and all business aspects
