Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Lakeland, FL for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining strong community relationships, supporting client acquisition efforts, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. The role involves crafting and executing strategic business plans to expand The Lakes’ reach and build connections with prospective clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying growth opportunities and evaluating data
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions and presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
- Customer Service skills to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of the addiction recovery or healthcare industry is a plus
