Business Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Full-Time • Days (7 a.m.–3 p.m. • 8 a.m.–4 p.m. • 9 a.m.–5 p.m.)

We are looking for an experienced Business Office Manager to handle bookkeeping and support the smooth daily operations of our community. In this key role, you’ll manage financial records, maintain resident files, and assist residents, families, and guests with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Review all pending admissions to verify benefits and income levels.
Invoice residents/representatives monthly for room & board and any other charges.
Ensure all receivables are collected and accurately applied.
Maintain and review the daily resident census for accuracy.
Prepare accounting-related correspondence, reports, and documents.
Maintain complete and accurate Resident Personal Allowance accounts.
Provide monthly receipts for rent and allowance accounts.
Qualifications
Advanced bookkeeping knowledge (beyond high school) or equivalent work experience.
Healthcare experience is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in data entry, keyboarding, and use of a ten-key calculator (preferably by touch).
Ability to accurately perform 12th-grade level mathematical calculations.
Willingness and ability to learn facility computer programs.
