What you’ll be responsible for:
- Daily operations across FOH and BOH alignment
- Labor management and hitting cost targets
- Coaching and developing team members and shift leaders
- Driving guest satisfaction and online reputation
- Maintaining systems, prep execution, and service flow
- Supporting inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
