• You can manage labor like a business, not a guess (forecasting, scheduling, real-time adjustments)
• You hold the line on standards—food, service, cleanliness, and culture
• You develop people, not just manage them
• You’re comfortable making decisions under pressure and being accountable for results
• You understand that guest experience = speed accuracy energy

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Daily operations across FOH and BOH alignment
• Labor management and hitting cost targets
• Coaching and developing team members and shift leaders
• Driving guest satisfaction and online reputation
• Maintaining systems, prep execution, and service flow
• Supporting inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
