Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and connect with potential members through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach
- Average 60 outbound calls per shift
- Manage existing member accounts by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting their ongoing needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze individual and club KPIs
- Negotiate membership packages and upsell additional services or products to maximize member value and satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and customer service interactions
- Familiarity with CRM software like Hubspot or similar platforms for lead generation and sales tracking
- Experience in customer service, retail sales or inside sales environments is a plus but not required
