What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at THE DROP LA?
Fully Licensed, LEGAL Cannabis Dispensary In Gardena, CA is looking for high energy budtenders with sales and customer service experience.
We are looking for a candidate that is the right fit, NOT just someone to fill shifts.
Customer service is our #1 priority. We give each customer an great experience while still having a sense of urgency!
We have lots of regulars and have been in our community for many years.
You will need to:
- Attend customers needs
- Help customers understand choices through product knowledge
- Meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean and tidy work space
You will need to be:
- Coachable (and will not take things personally)
- Punctual (attendance is of extreme importance)
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
All Candidates Must (be):
- 21
- Reliable
- Care about their appearance
- Have enthusiasm and passion about the products we offer
- Have open availability (Weekends and Holidays Required)
Experience in the Cannabis industry is NOT necessary! I will teach you everything you need to know about Cannabis.
Restaurant/server experience is a plus! Servers/waitresses and waiters are used to high volume and fast paced environments.
