We're hiring Non-CDL Delivery Drivers & Installation Specialists in the Omaha, Nebraska area!
This is a full-time opportunity for dependable individuals interested in delivering and installing appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, and other large household products.
No CDL or previous professional driving experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new hires learn delivery procedures, product assembly, installation, and safe equipment handling.
Drivers typically return home daily and work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods.

Pay & Compensation- Average weekly earnings: $1,057–$1,060
- Average annual earnings: Approximately $55,000
- Mileage pay: $0.29–$0.42 per mile
- Stop pay: $1.60–$1.90 per qualifying stop
- Holiday pay: $140 per eligible day
- Additional activity-based compensation may apply for cross-docking, delivery services, dispatch assignments, multi-family deliveries, and safety training
Pay is activity-based. Actual earnings depend on assigned routes, completed deliveries, and qualifying work activities. Weekly earnings are averages, not guaranteed amounts.
Work Schedule- Monday through Friday
- Start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Approximately 9–10 hours per shift
- Occasional Saturday work during busy seasons
- Home daily on regular routes
- Occasional overnight assignments, approximately 5–6 times per year
- Delivery routes within approximately 300 miles of Omaha
- Safely operate a non-CDL straight truck.
- Deliver appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, and patio furniture.
- Load and unload merchandise at customer locations.
- Carry products into homes, apartments, businesses, and building sites.
- Assemble and install products according to instructions.
- Use dollies, pallet jacks, liftgates, ramps, and installation tools.
- Complete multi-stop delivery routes.
- Pick up merchandise returns when assigned.
- Inspect products for damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Follow transportation and workplace safety procedures.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding position—not a driving-only job.
Applicants must be able to:
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Move large products weighing up to 600 pounds with proper equipment and team assistance.
- Carry and maneuver merchandise up to five flights of stairs.
- Bend, crouch, push, pull, and stand throughout the workday.
- Use ladders and installation tools when required.
- Perform appliance and furniture assembly.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- No CDL required.
- No previous professional driving experience required.
- Must meet applicable driver's license and vehicle operation requirements.
- Must live within approximately 50 miles of Ralston, NE 68127.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to communicate in English and follow safety
