Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Saturday Flex

Based in Livermore, we design and build high-end driveways, walkways, and patios in pavers, concrete, and asphalt across the Bay Area.
We’re growing fast and expanding our reach — and we’re looking for confident, motivated, people-loving Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help homeowners discover how a beautiful driveway can transform their home.
About the Role
This is a commission-based sales position where hustle and personality pay off. You’ll be the face of our brand in local neighborhoods — introducing homeowners to The Driveway Co., booking consultations, and managing the sales process from knock to close.
We provide training, marketing materials, door hangers, and a proven sales system. You bring the energy, drive, and people skills to make it happen.
If you’ve worked in solar, roofing, pest control, or home improvement sales, this will feel familiar — but with a premium product and a more creative story to tell.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and introduce homeowners to The Driveway Co.
- Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and close deals
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in your territory
- Follow up with prospects through our CRM (GoHighLevel and JobTread)
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Coordinate with the Door-to-Door Sales Manager and company leadership on strategy and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in door-to-door sales (solar, roofing, pest control, home services, etc.) preferred — but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persistent, and self-motivated
- Coachable and willing to learn a proven process
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Must enjoy being outdoors, meeting people, and winning deals
