About the Role
This isn’t your average management position — it’s a player-coach role for someone ready to build a department from the ground up.
You’ll be The Driveway Co.’s first Door-to-Door Sales Manager, responsible for launching our neighborhood outreach program, generating leads, closing deals, and building a high-performing team around you.
We’ll provide the brand, marketing materials, CRM systems (JobTread and GoHighLevel), and company support — you bring the energy, grit, and leadership to make it happen.
You’ll start by selling directly (full-cycle: knock → book → close), then grow into leading a team of motivated reps as volume and results increase.
This is a massive opportunity for someone who’s been a top D2D rep or team lead and is ready to run their own show — with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and generate leads across Livermore and surrounding Bay Area neighborhoods
- Run full-cycle sales: qualify leads, schedule consultations, and close projects
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing D2D sales team over time
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through JobTread and GoHighLevel
- Track team performance, coach reps, and refine scripts and strategy
- Collaborate with ownership to build scalable systems for recruiting and sales growth
- Represent The Driveway Co. brand professionally and enthusiastically in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in door-to-door or field sales (construction, solar, roofing, or home services preferred)
- Experience building or managing small sales teams (formal or informal)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and disciplined — can manage your own pipeline and a team’s
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and build something from the ground up
