Admin Specialist (Level I to IV)
Pay 20 to 24 /hr
Location: Gresham, Oregon City, Portland, Hillsboro, Tigard, Beaverton.

Admin Specialist (Level I to IV)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare and process reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Great Customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior office experience required.
