- Pay Rate: 21/hour
- Day Shift: Schedule any day between: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Potential eligibility for benefits available after 60 days of employment
- Provide security coverage on customer property per site Post Orders during full-time officer absences.
- Observe and report unlawful or inappropriate activity per contract requirements
- Manage emergency situations and report as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation of security tours and incident reports
- Perform all work at DPI Security Services contract site to ensure customer satisfaction
- At least 1 years of customer service/security experience or equivalent professional experience.
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must have or be able to obtain Oregon State DPSST Certification (training available for suitable candidates)
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Working knowledge of basic math, English grammar, writing, and spelling for required documentation
- Excellent customer service skills; team player
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Current active DPSST card preferred, but all applicants will be considered
