- Partner closely with the Owner & CEO to operationalize strategy across all businesses within the holdings structure.
- Translate vision, priorities, and ideas into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Track and advance enterprise?wide initiatives, ensuring accountability, structure, and timely follow?through.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies across all operating companies.
- Coordinate operational priorities across multiple nonprofit and for?profit business units.
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms for consistent performance visibility.
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows to support scale, efficiency, and long?term sustainability.
- Ensure leadership teams remain aligned with enterprise expectations, strategic direction, and shared goals.
- Support business development, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and new market opportunities.
- Play a key role in preparing for, supporting, or integrating mergers, acquisitions, and new ventures.
- Lead or support special projects related to new service lines, operational improvements, and enterprise innovation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, profitability, and mission?aligned impact.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, helping shape, organize, and operationalize the CEO’s vision.
