Back to the role:
What you will do:
- Assist in maintaining daily reports.
- Assist in maintaining super’s log.
- Maintain meeting minutes and sign in sheets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining job schedules.
- Send or respond as directed to emails on Supers’ behalf.
- Review design drawings and shop drawings.
- Create RFIs as directed.
- Observe and report safety concerns.
- Accompany Supers on walkthroughs and document.
- Process submittals.
- Process RFIs.
- Assist site superintendents and project managers as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Degree.
- Excellent project management skills desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a plus.
- Must have a team driven focus.
- Accurate with attention to detail.
- Relevant internships a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus.
- Ability to safely navigate a construction site which will include the following: climbing ladders and stairs, use of job hoists, inclement weather conditions, hazardous/cluttered and dark areas.
Salary Range:
$75,000-95,000/ yr.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
