As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. From making beds and refreshing bathrooms to restocking amenities and responding to guest requests, your attention to detail helps ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and understands that the small details can make a big difference.
What You’ll Do
During a typical shift, you will:
- Clean and refresh assigned guest rooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish toiletries and guest amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas
- Restock room supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for arriving guests
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and other assigned public areas
- Respond professionally to guest requests and questions
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Assist with recovering and properly handling lost-and-found items
- Complete assigned rooms and housekeeping duties within the scheduled shift
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, security, and guest-service standards

- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
