The Door District is seeking a professional to oversee commercial door and hardware installation projects across South Florida. This role combines hands-on field leadership with structured operational execution.

·        Supervise commercial door and hardware installation projects on-site

·        Coordinate and oversee installation crews and subcontractors

·        Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications

·        Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges

·        Conduct quality control inspections and verify site readiness

·        Communicate daily with Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams

·        Maintain accurate field documentation and progress reporting

·        Uphold company safety standards and procedures

·        Travel to active project sites throughout South Florida as required

·        Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

·        Immediate availability

·        Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

·        Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

·        Strong organizational and communication skills

·        Willingness to work primarily on-site

·        Experience in commercial construction or field supervision

·        Familiarity with commercial door, frame, and hardware systems
