DC Services Corp is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a hospitality renovation and expansion project in Miami Beach.
This project involves the integration of an existing structure with new construction and requires strong field coordination, sequencing, and attention to detail.
We are looking for a superintendent who can effectively manage day-to-day field operations and maintain control of schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead all day-to-day field operations for the project
• Coordinate tie-ins between existing and new construction
• Manage sequencing of subcontractors to maintain schedule and avoid trade conflicts
• Coordinate inspections, consultants, deliveries, and subcontractor activities
• Identify field conflicts proactively and work with PM/design team to resolve them
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, code, and quality standards
• Maintain strict jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Produce daily/weekly progress reports with photos and schedule updates
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and leadership team
• 5 years as Superintendent on commercial, hospitality, or multifamily projects
• Experience with renovations, additions, structural modifications, or existing-building projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings
• Experience with South Florida inspections and Miami-Dade code requirements preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills
• OSHA Certification preferred
• Thinks ahead and solves problems before they become delays
• Maintains schedule discipline without sacrificing quality
• Takes pride in running a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicates professionally with trades, consultants, and ownership
