The Dog Spaw Grooming & Boarding is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Dog Groomer to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional pet care and creating a positive experience for every pet and owner who walks through our doors.
Position

Responsibilities
- Perform breed-standard and pet trims
- Bathe, dry, brush, de-shed, and style dogs
- Trim and grind nails
- Clean ears and perform basic hygiene services
- Identify skin, coat, or health concerns and communicate them to management and pet owners
- Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
- Maintain accurate grooming notes and client preferences
- Keep grooming stations and equipment clean and sanitized
- Assist with maintaining a clean salon and work as part of the team
- Deliver outstanding customer service during check-in and check-out
Qualifications
- Previous professional dog grooming experience preferred
- Ability to complete quality grooms in a timely manner
- Knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques
- Comfortable handling dogs safely and confidently
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Passion for animal care and customer service
