Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with food preparation.
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about wines, cheeses, and specialty products.
- Comply with all ABC and Health Department regulations.
- Help create and maintain product displays.
- Stock and organize inventory.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Address challenges proactively and complete tasks with excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to work independently and dependably.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to perform duties on the Master Cleaning Schedule.
