💰 $55,000–$60,000 base 3% uncapped commission
Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to join our team in Reston. This is a unique hybrid role combining private dining & catering sales with restaurant operations leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while staying hands-on in a high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do
- Drive private dining, catering, and event sales from inquiry to execution
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, and cold calling
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit revenue goals
- Partner with the management team to ensure seamless event execution
- Support daily restaurant operations, team development, and guest experience as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of private dining or catering sales in a restaurant environment
- 2 years of restaurant operations or FOH management experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
