Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our leadership team in Washington, DC.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments, leads from the floor, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing strong teams.

What You’ll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations during service with a strong floor presence
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Train, coach, and develop service team members
- Manage shift execution, staffing levels, and overall flow of operations
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Partner closely with BOH and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
