The Doctors Lower Hutt - Virtual Practice Nurse

The Doctors Lower Hutt is proudly looking for a registered practice nurse working in primary healthcare to work virtually to support their team. This is a contractor position working 4-5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Duties include recalls, diagnostic coding entries, newborn enrolment, provider inbox management, ensuring patients screening is up to date, and contacting patients to ensure they are accessing the healthcare they need. You must have experience working in a New Zealand general practice environment and be experienced using Medtech Evolution.

• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Ongoing stable contractor position
• Flexible weekday hours between 8am- 5pm, 20-25 hours per week (4-5 hours per day)
• Ability to work from home anywhere in New Zealand

You will need to have

• Current APC
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
• Experience working in primary care in New Zealand
• Experience using Medtech Evolution
