The DNA Group is seeking a Senior PowerApps Developer for our client. In this role, you will maintain existing applications and design, develop, and document solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. You will work independently or within a small team to deliver scalable low-code/no-code solutions, integrate systems, and support ongoing operational needs. This role requires strong front-end development experience, PowerApps expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Overview Requirements:
• Develop, implement, and maintain PowerApps applications independently or within a small team.
• Design and implement Power Automate solutions, including cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
• Create workflows, automation solutions, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integrate applications with external systems and third-party data sources using APIs.
• Maintain and enhance existing QuickBase applications, including customization via APIs and interfaces.
• Maintain existing data feeds and develop new ETL processes as needed.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support urgent priority requests.
• Manage workload and coordinate tasks based on priorities set by the Manager of Applications.
• Optimize web applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and process documentation.
• Establish and maintain organized processes for project tracking and knowledge management.
• Support creation and maintenance of project plans, including tasks, dependencies, schedules, and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and report on deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with security, access, and operational requirements, including background checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform tools.
• Expertise in front-end development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and external systems.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Experience using version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and translating wireframes into functional applications.

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Modern Front-End Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js): 11 years (Required)
• RESTful APIs and Front-End Integration with Backend Systems: 11 years (Required)
• Problem-Solving and Debugging Complex Front-End Issues: 11 years (Required)
• Version Control Systems (e.g., Git): 6 years (Required)
• UI/UX Design Principles and Web Interface Development: 6 years (Required)
• PowerApps Application Design and Development: 5 years (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Related Field (or Equivalent Experience): Required
• Availability to work onsite 3–4 days per week and attend in-person interviews: Required
