What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery-Café Associate position at The Dive Bakery?
Looking for staff members to join our team of Divers who are available for two or more shifts Monday-Friday and possibly some Saturday's. Must be able to work during the week at least one to two shifts.
Shifts vary depending on availability. We are open M-F 7am to 2:30pm and Sat 8-12.
Duties include working front counter and register (which entails good customer service skills), serving baked goods, making sandwiches, salads, crepes, and barista duties. Additional duties include dishwashing, cleaning, assisting bakers, etc.
Must be reliable, friendly and able to work in an efficient manner. Good customer service skills and attitude is required.
Compensation: $10.85/hr to start tips and free meals.
The Dive Bakery has been open since 2005. We offer a friendly, medium to fast-paced work environment serving a loyal customer-base in the Capitol area and all of Helena.
