We are expanding and seeking a reliable, skilled, and hard-working handyman to support daily operations, facility upkeep, and small maintenance projects across our property.
Position Overview
The Generalized Personal Handyman will be responsible for handling a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks to keep our facility operating smoothly and safely. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and skilled in general repairs with a “no task too small” mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Complete small repair jobs as needed (fixing shelves, patching walls, replacing fixtures, tightening fittings, etc.).
- Assemble furniture, equipment, and retail displays.
- Maintain clean and safe exterior spaces, including light landscaping, trash removal, and sidewalk upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify issues before they become problems.
- Install signage, shelving, hooks, security fixtures, and small hardware items.
- Support special projects such as renovation work, shop upgrades, and layout adjustments.
- Coordinate with managers or vendors for repairs requiring licensed professionals.
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
- Keep tools, supplies, and workspace organized and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and general repair skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks safely.
- Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
