Founded in 2012, The Dirty Buffalo brings the bold flavors and no-nonsense hospitality of Western New York to Hampton Roads. We’re a family-owned, locally operated restaurant known for legendary wings, strong systems, and a team-first culture. We’re continuing to expand across the Southeast—and we’re building a deep bench of leadership to grow with us.
We’re currently hiring Restaurant Managers for multiple leadership roles, including Service, Operations, and future General Manager–track positions. If you’re an experienced leader—or a high-potential restaurant professional ready to step up—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
-
Leading shifts and supporting the team on the floor
-
Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
-
Delivering a consistently great guest experience

Managing daily operations including scheduling, cash handling, and POS
-
Upholding cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
-
Communicating clearly with staff, management, and corporate partners
-
Following—and helping reinforce—systems, procedures, and checklists
What We’re Looking For

2 years of restaurant experience or 2 years of management experience

A people-first mindset with strong leadership instincts
Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment -
Organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented

Willingness to learn systems and adapt as the brand grows

Interest in a long-term career with room to advance
