What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Manager position at The Dirty Buffalo?
Kitchen Manager Needed
Run a clean kitchen. Lead a strong crew. Execute at a high level.
Established in 2012, The Dirty Buffalo brings the bold flavor and spirit of Western New York to Hampton Roads. We’re a family-owned, locally operated brand known for legendary wings, genuine hospitality, and a team-first culture. We’re continuing to expand across the Southeast—and we want you to grow with us!
We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who takes pride in running a sharp back-of-house operation, developing people, and delivering consistent, high-quality food—every shift, every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a clipboard-from-the-office job. You’ll be on the line, on expo, and in the kitchen—leading by example and holding standards.
