Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
• Operate a Square POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, food prep areas, and serving equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food storage.
• Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks swiftly while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math helps ensure accurate transactions and efficient operations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic kitchen experience is essential.
• Background in the food industry or restaurant experience will support your success in this role.
