We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hands-on Food Truck Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile business. Being able to work alone or with a small team is vital to our success due to being a steady but lower volume enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain consistent quality control standards
- Keeping a clean work environment
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle inquiries or complaints
