WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Sales Experience: MUST have least 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in Jewelry, luxury or high-end retail.
Customer Service Excellence: A natural ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Motivated by Commission: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets with high earning potential.
Ethical Standards: Integrity and professionalism in every interaction.

Polished & Professional: Excellent communication skills and a confident, refined presence.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including handling cash register transactions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking displays and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
