The Design Oasis is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to take full ownership of our warehouse transportation and logistics operations. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone dependable, organized, and ready to be the go-to person for all deliveries, pickups, and equipment movement. ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Warehouse & Logistics Lead, you will oversee the coordination and execution of all outbound and inbound logistics. You’ll ensure gear is delivered, returned, and positioned accurately and on schedule while maintaining organization across vehicles and warehouse flow.
You’ll have clear ownership of this role, along with a dedicated logistics phone line, making you the central point of contact for transportation coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage deliveries and pickups
- Coordinate sub-rental pickups and returns
- Handle repair drop-offs and returns
- Oversee purchase pickups and returns
- Help maintain organization and readiness of company trucks
- Communicate with warehouse and production teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be
