Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures including preventative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and surgical dentistry by handing instruments, managing suction devices, and providing chairside support.
- Take dental radiographs (X-ray imaging) while adhering to safety standards
- Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Eaglesoft,
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards, including sterilization procedures and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
- Assist with dental procedures involving advanced technology such as 3D scanners
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, dental terminology, and preventive practices to promote oral health awareness.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Dental assisting experience a plus, but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right person.
Bilingual a plus.
Will work THREE 12-hour shifts per week with at least one Saturday a month
4 days off every week.
