- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Ensure all food safety standards and sanitation procedures are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with setting up tables, refilling beverages, and clearing dishes to keep the dining area organized and inviting
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
