Are you a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're looking for an Inside Sales & Contract Coordinator to join our export grain team, supporting the sale and movement of containerized corn, soybeans, feed, and specialty products to global markets.
What You'll Do
You'll be the connective tissue between our sales activity and successful order execution. Once a sale is made, you step in to write up contracts, coordinate directly with customers on shipping schedules, and manage shipment interceptions as needed — before handing off seamlessly to our logistics and documentation teams. This role sits at the center of a collaborative, cross-functional operation, and you'll work closely with multiple internal groups every day.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or experience in sales support, logistics, or agriculture is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must — you'll be representing our team professionally with both customers and internal partners. You should be comfortable with basic computer tools like MS Office and open to learning company-specific systems (CRM/ERP). Solid organizational and time-management skills are key, as is a collaborative, on-site working style.
Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or quoting is preferred but not required — we're happy to develop the right candidate.
