What You’ll Do- Lead and support the bar team during daily operations
- Train team members on coffee preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Greet guests with energy and hospitality
- Prepare barista-style beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Ensure smooth workflow during busy rushes
- Recommend drinks, bakery items, and menu favorites to guests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Title IV certification
- Current food handler card
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts
- Cash handling and basic math skills preferred
