- Base Salary up to $120K (depending on experience and skill level) lucrative commission & bonus structure

- Manage all sales activities: inquiry calls, prospecting, tours, follow‑ups, and closings
- Prioritize in‑person tours and creative follow‑up strategies
- Respond to all leads quickly. Speed to lead is critical!
- Build referral partnerships through events, networking, and outreach
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
- Develop 30‑60‑90 day sales and marketing plans with the leadership team
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience (senior living strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to close high‑stake, compassionate sales
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field (preferred)
- Management experience a plus
- Competitive base salary up to $120,000 depending upon experience and skill set
