We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bagel Maker to open an awesome Bagel Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, and LOVE bagels . This role involves crafting high-quality bagels from scratch, ensuring consistency, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The Bagel Maker will play a vital role in delivering delicious products that meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels daily
- Handle dough mixing, shaping, boiling, and baking processes with precision and care
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for appearance, texture, and flavor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Package finished products efficiently for sale or delivery while maintaining presentation quality
- Adhere to food handling and safety protocols at all times
- Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance when required
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, utilizing skills such as knife handling and baking techniques
- Take inventory and send orders
Qualifications
Being able to show up and make amazing bagels everyday, lead the Am crew.
There will be an audition, this is not a a fake it till you make it position.

Pay: $41, $60,000.00 per year
