Job Overview:
We are a growing company that has been around since 2010, and we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, confident pool salesperson to join our team! Although the focus will be on pool sales, creating complete outdoor destinations is what we do, and we are looking for somebody that has a passion for bringing dreams to reality! All leads will be provided to you- there is NO COLD CALLING/DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES involved with this position
Key Responsibilities:
-Meet with company provided client leads and conduct the initial consultation
-Design pool/outdoor living environments for clients
-Bid project and prepare the presentation materials
-Requesting permits from the appropriate city/HOA where job is located when/if applicable
-Create and submit reports/bids/tasks in a timely manner as requested
-Utilize multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office, Buildertrend, Quickbooks, Moasure, and others. (Training will be provided if needed, but basic computer literacy is required)
-Demonstrate excellent customer service and selling skills
Qualifications:
-Five years sales experience required –3 years pool sales preferred
-Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Prior use of a CRM software is preferred – we can provide training on ours
-Must have a high level of integrity, be highly motivated, and be a self-starter
-Capable of working flexible hours – understand that clients dictate your schedule
-Pressure cannot overwhelm you – this is a fast-paced, stressful job at times
-Strong negotiating and objection-overcoming skills are needed, as well as the ability to think quickly on your feet
-High levels of organization and attention to details are critical
-Use of a measuring tape and understanding of basic geometry, such as perimeter and area
-Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs and climb a ladder
-Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
