$25 - $29 per hour

Shift of the Soldering Technician:

Pay Rate of the Selective Soldering Technician:

Responsibilities of the Selective Soldering Technician:
- Perform manual soldering to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards according to work instructions.
- Program and operate the Selective Soldering Machine.
- Conduct Post Wave Inspection to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and mark up documentation or technical issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Enter defect data and workstation times daily.
- Assist with mechanical assembly, packing, and shipping as needed.
- Participate in an environment focused on learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- 3 years of experience in printed circuit board assembly with demonstrated excellent soldering skills is preferred.
- IPC-A-610 certification is required.
- Experience with Selective Solder and Final Assembly equipment is helpful.
- Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is beneficial.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
