Electronics Manufacturing Technician Join a leading company in Westford, MA, as a Surface Mount Technology Operator on 1st and 2nd shift. This exciting opportunity offers a contract to hire position with competitive pay and the chance to work in a dynamic lean manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of high-quality printed circuit boards.Shift:2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMPay Rate/Salary: $23 - $27 per hour plus a 10% shift differential, based on experience. Responsibilities:Set up and operate surface mount equipment for printed circuit board assembly.Perform basic maintenance and assist maintenance technicians as needed.Identify and report defective components to ensure quality standards.Track work progress and communicate line status every hour.Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure compliance with ISO procedures. Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.2 years of experience in equipment operation preferred.Experience with pick and place equipment; Universal Fuzion experience is a plus.Knowledge of component identification and handling, including ESD requirements.Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
