What You’ll Do
- Install, calibrate, and maintain complex electromechanical and robotic systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Support customer systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Collaborate with software and automation engineers to resolve technical challenges
- Document all service activities accurately in the CRM and communicate updates to customers
- Build strong relationships with clients through responsive, professional on-site support
- Manage and maintain service tools, parts, and field inventory
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in field service, robotics, automation, or instrumentation
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Understanding of electrical systems (DC/AC), pneumatics, and control interfaces (TCP/IP, RS232)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80% domestic, occasional international)
- Valid driver’s license
