This role will serve as a marketing team of one, responsible for owning, developing, and executing the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the sales of agricultural equipment by producing high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials while leading the company’s evolution toward a more modern, data-driven digital and social media presence.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and creative control, making it ideal for an experienced marketing professional who can operate both strategically and tactically. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting direction, prioritizing initiatives, and executing end-to-end marketing programs—from branding and graphic design to digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance tracking. A strong emphasis will be placed on elevating brand consistency, strengthening market presence, and modernizing marketing efforts across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and sales objectives
- Design, develop, and manage marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, product assets, and digital content
- Lead the company’s social media strategy, including content planning, creation, publishing cadence, and performance analytics
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM efforts, email campaigns, and online brand visibility
- Maintain and continuously enhance brand standards, messaging consistency, and visual identity across all channels
- Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to support marketing needs for product launches, farm shows, trade events, and dealer meetings
- Collaborate with dealer networks to provide marketing tools, guidance, and support to drive equipment sales
- Oversee website updates, ensuring timely and accurate content related to new products, campaigns, and company initiatives
- Review and approve co-op and dealer-submitted marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to scale and modernize marketing efforts
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, equipment, or related industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media management, and website/content management systems
- Experience working in a highly autonomous role or as a primary/sole marketing resource preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design tools
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, analytics tools, CMS platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
