- Check messages in the switchboard system to relay important information.
- Assist the finance department with light administrative duties as needed.
- 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience.
- Professional communication skills and appearance are essential.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
