Electronics Assembler - Entry-Level, Contract to Hire

Shift of the Electronics Assembler:
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay Rate of the Electronics Assembler:
$18-20/Hr

Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembler:
- Clean, sand, and prepare parts for assembly using part drawings and work instructions.
- Solder small wires and components in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Assemble, pot, and seal assemblies per drawing requirements.
- Label and test completed assemblies in accordance with established procedures.
- Use manufacturing software to track progress and completion of assigned manufacturing orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of soldering experience.
- Experience assembling small parts and working with hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
- Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure.
- Ability to distinguish between wire colors and labels.
- Ability to safely use sharp cutting tools and soldering irons.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in where needed.
