- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRIS management governance.

- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding business objectives, gathering requirements, and defining project scopes while ensuring effective communication and alignment between business needs and HRIS solutions.
- Required: A bachelor’s degree is desired. A combination of technical experience in a similar position and industry certification(s) demonstrating a minimum level of subject matter expertise could be used in lieu of a college degree.
- Required: A minimum of five years of experience in the areas of technology this position will be supporting, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Required: Proven experience as a Business Analyst Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Required: Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Required: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Required: Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Required: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Required: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
