Garden Center Team Member Job Description
The CLS Garden Center Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the retail store, garden center, and retail grounds by performing various tasks including cashier duties, customer assistance, merchandising, inventory control, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for a variety of plants in the greenhouse and outdoors.
- Assist in garden center merchandise sales.
- Receive and manage inventory.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays from March to December.
