Locations: Richfield, OH Additional Locations: Remote Work Site: Remote Req ID: 220434 Position OverviewThe Client Operations Coordinator supports the Collaborative Audit team by serving as the primary liaison between utility and telecommunications clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication on joint use audit agreements. This role is responsible for transforming field-collected data into accurate, client-ready deliverables, coordinating client communications, and supporting billing and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate payment.
